Gyeon Prism PLUS LED Detailing Light
The Gyeon Prism PLUS LED Detailing Light has been developed together with the leader in professional and automotive refinishing lighting – SCANGRIP. The cooperation between Gyeon Quartz and ScanGrip was a very creative designing process. Hence why the PRISM PLUS carries the “powered by ScanGrip” association.
The Gyeon Prism Plus LED Detailing Light is a powerful rechargeable work light, designed to make paint defect spotting very easy, compared to most of the mass market LED alternatives. It features a very bright COB LED that emits upto 1200 lumens of light. This coupled with a dimmer function, adjusts to 5 different colour temperatures.
The lighting characteristics of the Gyeon Prism PLUS can be further modified with the use of two diffuser caps (supplied), which can soften the strong light and make it much easier to detect imperfections such as high spots and smears when applying and buffing coatings. This helps to save the expense of a complex lighting setup that requires many different units.

Usage:
Before use, charge the Gyeon Prism PLUS for the first time using the USB charging cable supplied.
DO NOT USE THE LIGHT DURING THIS PERIOD AS IT CAN DAMAGE THE BATTERY.
The first charge will take approximately an hour. The initial reduced charging time is because the Gyeon Prism PLUS is supplied partially charged. Please note that the Prism PLUS should not be stored with a flat battery as this can damage the unit. We would recommend you charge it fully every 30 days even when not in use, so that the battery remains in good condition.
The recommended way for highlighting defects is by switching between the five colour temperatures, standing back from the bodywork a distance of 1-2 metres either floor mounted or using a tripod or wheel stand (available separately).
