Our aim is to despatch Goods as soon as possible, if you need goods for a specific time or date please contact us to arrange this or use the next day delivery option. Next day delivery and 48 hour services refers to the delivery time only and applies when goods are despatched from Us. We will send Your order on a tracked 48 hour (depending on value of order) delivery with Royal Mail or by a private courier, currently DPD. At checkout, the site will default to the cheapest shipping option for you, you can use the drop down menu to select other available shipping options which may include next day delivery or a courier service.
On standard orders under 1kg we use Royal Mail, and although on the whole, parcels arrive within this 48 hour window, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and cannot guarantee this. For heavier and more expensive orders we use a courier service so goods will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery the following day. At present we use DPD for all courier services. Heavier goods to Northern Island, Highland and Islands are generally sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels as we have found this to be the most cost effective and efficient service.
Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail, or Your nearest depot in the case of a private courier. If DPD have tried to deliver and no one was available at the delivery address, they may try and deliver to a neighbour, if you do not want this please state so in the comments box at the time of ordering. Failing delivery to a neighbour, DPD will leave a calling card with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you have provided your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail from DPD that will include a unique link so that you can track the progress of your order. If you have entered your mobile phone number into the site you may also receive a text message with delivery information.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of Your Order and the delivery address that you give when You place Your Order. We can change the delivery address up to the point when the item is despatched, after that point it cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
The delivery times are given to Us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
This option is available on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and will either be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or DPD. You can select Next Day delivery when you go through the checkout process. This option unfortunately is not available to all postcodes. Delivery on the Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
48 HOUR DELIVERY
This option refers to the timescale of delivery only and doesn't include the time from when we receive Your order. This service is with Royal Mail and delivery is on week days only. On the whole most parcels do arrive within 48 hours, however we are the mercy of Royal Mail and occasionaly delays, regretably may occur.
Saturday Delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm on the preceeding Friday and will either be sent using Saturday Special Delivery with Royal Mail or by DPD Saturday Delivery. Again, this option can be selected when you go through the checkout process but unfortunately is not available on all UK postcodes.
We do ship International orders. To get a shipping quote you need to register on the website and the shop software will calculate the cost of your order based upon it's weight and destination and display the total cost in the cart. Please note that non-EU residents must provide a personal ID, EIN or tax number. This is a requirement of Customs and the couriers and failure to supply this information may result in delayed despatch.
All orders over 2kg are sent by DPD Priority Business courier service which is a fully trackable secure service who offer a fast efficient international shipping service. You'll recieve an email tracking email after collection.
If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
Finally we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason You wish to cancel Your Order with Us please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can cancel the Order at any time so long as the Goods haven’t been despatched.
In the event that Your Order has been despatched You can return the Goods within 7 working days. The Goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning Goods to Us will be met by You. When We receive the Goods We will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the Goods only.
The Goods will remain Your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to Us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
