Paintwork Inspection Sprays

Inspection sprays are used whilst polishing to wipe down the surface of the paint. Using an Inspection spray between polishing sets ensure thats defects have been removed rather than simply filled by the polish. Even though some paint correction compounds can contain fillers to help mask swirls as a way of achieving a better look to the paint, even ones that contain no fillers at all can sometimes help mask swirl marks because of the solvent carriers for the abrasives. Thats why prior to using a coating or just to make sure imperfections from the paint have been removed, using a paint inspection spray will ensure all residue has been removed so you can properly inspect the paint.

Inspection sprays are also great just for a general wipe down prior to applying any car wax, paint sealant and definitely ceramic coating. Inspection sprays are formulated with a blend of Isopropanol alcohol, other solvents & lubricants at the right mix to remove existing wax residue whilst not risking damaging your paint. Isopropanol alcohol at the wrong concentration can soften the paint and lead to damage, which is why a pre-mixed solution is often a smarter choice.
