We are currently fully open and shipping orders daily, however there are some delays. We are working on a reduced staffing levels and seeing high volumes of orders, whilst trying to work within government guidelines for social distancing.
We are currently about 3 working days behind shipping parcels, so we would ask you to please only call if it is of an urgent nature to allow us to get your orders packed. We will contact you if there is any issue with the order itself otherwise please just allow a little patience as we are working hard to ship all orders as quickly as is physically possible. We are also unable to edit or add to processing orders at this time
If you need to get in touch with us our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm although we are usually able to answer the odd question out of hours especially by email. Our preferred method of contact is through the Helpdesk System and we will try to answer all enquiries within 24 hours.
