RUPES Carbon Brushes OEM Replacement Spares

Keep your machine running like new with RUPES Carbon Brushes—OEM-spec replacements designed to restore consistent power and reduce motor arcing. Worn brushes can cause intermittent operation, reduced torque and excessive sparking; swapping them is a quick, inexpensive fix. Always replace as a pair and bed in gently before heavy use.

Compatible models (examples)

  • LHR 15/LHR 21 (Mark I/II/III/IV)
  • LHR 75E Mini
  • LHR 12E Duetto
  • LK 900E Mille

Fitment note: Brush sets vary by model/voltage. Check your part number and serial before ordering.

Signs it’s time to replace

  • Intermittent operation or cutting out
  • Visible arcing/sparking
  • Loss of torque or unstable speed

Quick install

  1. Unplug and remove brush caps.
  2. Replace both brushes, matching curvature.
  3. Run at low speed for 2–3 minutes to bed in.
