Restore a glass-smooth surface with GYEON Q²M Clay Mild EVO. This fine-grade clay targets above-surface contamination—traffic film, tree sap, tar specks, industrial fallout and overspray—while minimising the risk of marring. The EVO formulation offers better glide and flexibility, so it works quickly and safely on paint, glass and wheels, making it the ideal step before polishing or applying a ceramic coating.

Gyeon Mild Clay has been designed to be completely safe on all types of paint, effectively removing all types of contamination even on the softest paints. Its light colour helps to spot any removed contamination and kneed the clay bar accordingly.

The traditional clay bar remains one of the most effective solutions available for dealing with heavily ingrained dirt on vehicle paintwork. Gyeon introduces two clay bars with different levels of contamination removal – the Gyeon Q²M Clay Coarse for heavily contaminated surfaces and the daily maintenance Gyeon Q²M Clay Mild.

Gyeon Mild Clay is extremely chemical resistant and may be used with Gyeon Q²M Iron or Gyeon Q²M Tar removers, as well as with their highly concentrated Gyeon Q²M Clay Lube.

How to Use Gyeon Mild Clay EVO

1. Prepare the Surface – Rinse and wash the vehicle to remove loose dirt and debris. Ensure the surface is clean and cool.
2. Lubricate the Surface – Spray Gyeon Q²M Clay Lube or a similar lubricant generously on the section you're working on.
3. Use the Clay – Gently glide the Gyeon Mild Clay EVO over the lubricated surface in straight lines, applying light pressure. You'll feel the clay pick up contaminants.
4. Wipe Clean – After each section, wipe away any residue with a clean microfiber towel.
5. Repeat – Continue on all sections of the vehicle, reapplying the lubricant as needed.
6. Final Rinse – Once the entire vehicle has been clayed, rinse off any remaining lubricant and dry with a microfiber towel.
