Hi,

Based on comments and recommendations I have read here I purchased DDJ Purple Haze and also some Supernatural Hybrid wax.

For topping up I also got some Sonax BSD.

I have also seen good comments about Future Armour and Supernatural Acrylic Spritz but this is where I'm getting confused a little.

The BSD is a quick detailing spray so I'm happy knowing when to use it but is the Future Armour and Supernatural Acrylic Spritz for use on top of a wax as its a sealant?
Or would I be wasting money getting any given what I already have?

I'm sure I have read conflicting info about using wax and a sealant together?

Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony, are you planning to apply both waxes, one on top of the other? If yes, Hybrid then Purple Haze and use the BSD as a top up. If you were just using Hybrid, then Future Armour and Acrylic Spritz would both suit.

Hi,

I first got a sample pot of the Purple Haze to try with my black paint but I saw a very good price for the full size pot of Hybrid so got some of that too.
I was going to just use the Hybrid so perhaps it will be worth me trying one of the sealants.
Is there a reason to pick one over the other product, I have read that the Future Armour can be more awkward to apply with an 'even' coverage?

Thanks for the help, I'm really building up my knowledge from this site.

Thanks

Tony

You can apply Future Armour onto a wet surface and wipe dry, whereas, I'd use Acrylic Spritz on dry paintwork.
