I have previously used PF2500, also listed as P0203 on cleanyourcar, this doesn't seem to be so readily available, is PF2400 (P0203s) or PF2200 (P0234) really much different from PF2500 can an amateur use these others and not notice a difference? I assume the 2500, 2400 etc part of the name relates to the cutting ability, lower being higher cut? Or would their One-Step Polish 3-in-1 be similar?

Or are there any other polishes, that can be suggested to polish my car which I put through an automated carwash (managed not to for past 3 1/2 years as said I never would, bit it was cold a d I was lazy, I sure regret it) this has dulled my paint and covered the car in very light scratches, are there any single stage polish/pad combinations that you recommend, which would be easy to use and effective?

I have read alot about Meguiars M105 and M205, but not sure if 105 would have too much cut and 205 not enough? What is there microfibre system like to use?

Almost forgot, I have a Das 6 pro(iirc) and the car is a 2005 BMW Interlagos blue E46 M3.

Have a look at the Meguiars Microfiber System. I did a black 52 plate BMW with this and would say I removed 90-95% defects, though this was using the Rupes polishers.
