Owls are awesome!

We have one big beggar who likes to sit on my TV aerial and bellow down the chimney. I go outside, shoo the fellow off ... two minutes later ... yes, you guessed it. He gets bored and gives up after a while, usually just after we've given up trying to watch TV and started a DVD

Get a recording of a "peregrine falcon call for food", and play it up the chimney, you won't see him/her again on that chimey purch for some time

It's the kindest way to move them on

If you end up with a resident peregrine....., call a falconry centre

Fight fire with fire, eh? That Tom Jones was not as daft as he looked ...

I'll try it! He's not up there tonight ... the owl, not Tom Jones

Beautiful creatures! Utterly majestic taking off and landing.
