125mm (5") Dual Action FlexPlate for Enhanced Buffing Comfort

The Dual Action FlexPlate increases machine buffing safety and comfort!

The FlexPlate replaces the standard backing plate for the DAS-6, DAS-6 PRO and G220 and Porter Cable Machine.

The FlexPlate requires only 0.15 pounds per square inch of pad pressure to begin flexing, offer better comfort (less hopping) and impoved polishing safety. With its unique 30 degree beveled edge, fully-laminated Velcro backing, and advanced polyurethane foam construction, the FlexPlate adds a new level of safety and quality. When used with 6” to 7” foam pads, the FlexPlate is perfectly balanced for use with the standard dual action polisher.

5" (125mm) flexible backing plate fits all the Dual Action polishers we sell and any with a 5/16-24 spindle.
