Utilizing Chemical Guy’s experienced chemists and Pete’s 20 years of experience in blending automobile paints for the auto industry, Pete’s 53’ blends only the finest of raw ingredients almond, coconut, banana and propolis oils, in a premium emulsion combined with 53 percent Brazilian No. 1 White Carnauba by volume.

Contains White Carnauba Wax, Montan Oil, Coconut Oil, Banana Oil, Almond Oil, Propolis (derived from Bees wax), and formulated with a liquid crystal polymer for extended longevity and durability.

I must admit that I am 38 years old and up until today I was a wax virgin :o I have recently got back into the swing of looking after my car and I wanted to try a wax on it for the first time so I plumped for this product. I first washed the car and then went over it with a clay bar and then it was time to apply the wax. I did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it went on. I then proceeded to buff up the car and I was well impressed with the finish and the way it added depth to the colour of the car. My car is BMW slate green and this wax has made it go almost petrol-like. It's fab! Even my wife has noticed the results and loves it as well!

Well I was a little skeptical when I ordered this product as it was the first wax I have ever purchased, what can I say I will never use another one! the deepness and shine are incredible not to mention the car looks wet the whole time which is exactly what i was after!!! My tip for using this product would be fine layers one panel at a time!! oh and the foam applicators the cheap yellow ones are the product to assist this!!!

I used Pete's 53 yesterday- 1 layer and today second layer. Before using it, I washed car by karcher, and used polish & swirl remover. Pete;s 53 gave me a unbelievable brilliant and mirror like shine paint ! Work with this wax is easy. Works great with red. and I'll buy it next time, definitely .

Recently had this professionally applied after claying and pre-wax prep with Dodojuice LimePrime Lite. I had used CG XXX Hardcore wax 6 months before and was pleased with the results, but Pete's 53 is in a different league. Bears comparison with Swissvax Saphir which the detailer used 12 months ago. Time will tell how well CG Pete's 53 lasts - Swissvax Saphir lasted over 5 months with careful washing. When you consider Pete's 53 has a massive price advantage it's clearly very good value indeed.

Tried the Petes paste on my black mk2 golf, found it be excellent for that deep wet shine and was very easy to use with little work involved. The product left no marring either on a gloss black car! Follow it up with chemical guys mirror wet finish sealant and the results are awesome!
