Hi. Spent all day yesterday giving the wife's car some TLC. It's a 3 year old Giulietta.
I'm new to this so any advise will be much appreciated, before starting on my Mercedes! ;)

Products used..
Autoglym shampoo.
Wheel woolies.
3 buckets with grit guards. (Wheels, wash and rinse)
Dooka wash pad.
Maquires clay.
Maguires 205.
Das 6 pro.
Chemical Guys White 5.5" Hex Logic Quantum Pad.
ShineMate 4" White spot pad.
Angelwax Ti-22 Titanium spray sealant.
Angelwax Enigma ceramic wax.
Angelwax Vision.
Angelwax H2go.
Gyeon - Q2M Silk Dryer towels.
Eagle Edgeless Towels.

Method in brief.
Cleaned wheels and arches.
Shampooed, rinsed and dried car.
Clay barred all paintwork.
A very tentative machine polish. (First time I've ever used one)
Sealed with Ti-22.
Waxed
And a final seal again.
Cleaned windows with vision.
Then finally applied H2go.

Any advise on these mirrors, they're a bit mottled?

I need to do some gardening!

Wheels still need to be given a complete make over.

Nice work. :D

Myself I would have gone over it again with a finishing pad after the Chemical Guys White 5.5" Hex Logic just to fully refine the finish  . Black is a hard one as it's so easy to get buffer holograms , so well done.

What a great result:)

You haven't quite got the hand of being retired yet....you don't have to 'wash' the car at weekends any longer! lol

Ha ha!

I've retired, but the wife is still working, albeit part time. ;)

Great job wooly =D>

One time & money saver, no need to dry before claying; any residual water adds to the lubricity so you can use less lube :D

This is great work for your first time! Well done. I'm still very much an apprentice machine polisher myself, and I would have been absolutely made up with that effort, if I were you!
