I have red brembo's on my car. What do people suggest as a cleaner without softening/stripping/scratching the paint? I have bilberry wheel cleaner, is this safe to use?

Bilberry is perfectly safe to use and from experience, a toothbrush is good for getting in to all intricate areas.

Once cleaned up I'd be protecting them with Poorboys wheel sealant. I gave mine 3 coats and then simply washed them each time I did the rest of the car, 3 coats is good enough for 12 months or 10k with me, once you see the beading dropping off it's time to clean up and seal again.

Would I need to dilute the bilberry cleaner or is it OK neat?

Bilberry is ready to use without dilution however, if your calipers are heavily soiled it may not remove all the detritus in which case I'd suggest getting hold of some Tardis but use it very carefully as it's strong stuff.

Wear gloves, keep it away from water as water nuetralises it, apply carefully with an old paintbrush in an inconspicuous area first to test and simply rinse off with water, thoroughly wash any treated areas before sealing.
