The Meguiars Quik Clay Syem makes paint as smooth as glass.
The kit includes:
1 x 50g Clay Bar
1x 473ml Quik Detailer
Whenever you car is outside, stationary or in use, it is continually exposed to a full spectrum of contaminants. Some will wash off easily, others will not and these become bonded contaminant, which destroy slickness whilst gradually masking reflectivity and gloss...eventually etching into the finish.
Tree sap, overspray and industrial fallout are just a few of the contaminants that bond to your paint’s finish making it rough and lacklustre. Meguiar’s Quik Clay Detailing System will quickly and safely restore a smooth-as-glass finish. Polishes and waxes then apply and wipe off in half the time with dramatically improved results.
Our thoughts: This kit is ideal for beginers as the clay is mild and easy to work with. The block of clay could be bigger, but as a package it's still reasonable value.

As a first-time user of clay I was dubious as to how effective this would be. Fortunately it's very easy to use and the result is brilliant. Takes a while to work around the car, and requires a certain amount of effort. Worth it though, since it makes wax / sealants far more effective. Better than new-car shine! Just wish they provided a bigger clay bar.

This is an excellent peice of kit. I had never clayed a car before but this really is very easy to use. The results are very visible on the clay bar itself and when you feel the paintwork it is very smooth. Thanks again CYC!
